Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINES (US addresses)

• Standard shipping: order by DECEMBER 11 for delivery by Dec 25.
• Express shipping: order by DECEMBER 16.
• If your cart mixes product types, the earliest deadline applies.
• After Dec 16, send a Jingle Bytes digital gift card. It arrives instantly by email.

These dates are our production partner's published estimates. Carriers are busy in December, and delivery after a deadline can't be guaranteed.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and then it's shipped with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us within 21 days of that estimated date and we'll get it sorted.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address. We can't cover reshipping costs for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If the order hasn't gone into production yet, we can update the address, so email us right away.
